How to use Truffle Tampanensis 15gr

Always start off with half a dose, to test your response. After about three quarters of an hour the active ingredient psilocin will take effect. Use truffles in relaxed and familiar surroundings.

Truffles work best on an empty stomach. Chewing well and long improves the effect. You can also make tea of it, by steeping the diced truffle in hot water for 20 minutes.

The truffles are vacuum sealed and good for at least 30 days. Storage advice: keep in the dark and between 2°C and 4°C (or 35.6°F and 39.2°F).
