The latter thanks to the addition of tasty spices. This wine has therefore an expressly more deeply layered taste and aroma then you are used to from the average, bubbly white wine.

This unique taste sensation of Clèment Rozoy uses the taste and fragrance of the classic Californian Sativa-dominant cannabis variety OG Kush as starting point, which makes for among others an earthy, woody fragrance and flavor. This is why Rozoy Picot has added the terpene profile of this variety – responsible for the fragrance and taste – to their Chardonnay, together with a selection of spices and herbs to arrive at their unique sparkling terpene wine.
