Pollinator 500 - Kief seperation machine for 500 grams of cannabis for making hashish

The Pollinator 500 is the original dry sifting machine, which seperates the THC-rich crystals or keef from shredded cannabis plants efficiently.

These 'washing machines' were developed in the winter of 1992 and introduced in 1994 by Dutch cannabis entrepeneur Mila Jansen. This model is suitable for up to 500 grams of dried and shredded cannabis per cycle. 

Using pollinators

It is only necessary to freeze all shredded cannabis before adding it to the drum for tumbling. However, dry ice can be added to the drum to keep the cannabis frozen, which aids in seperating the pollen or keef. This process usually takes about 20 minutes. 

The loose pollen collects on the bottom, ready for collecting and pressing into hashish.
