Together with the Malaysia the Kratom Bali is one of the more potent species of kratom. Users find the Bali-variety mainly provides a euphoric, but simultaneously soothing and relaxing effect. Ideal for that one special meditative- or restful moment for yourself.

As a rule the Bali has some darker coloured leaves, dried for a long time and hand selected for characteristics which are associated with a higher concentration of active ingredients.

This Kratom Bali contains "shredded leaves" or cut up dried leaves of the kratom-tree. Because we are discussing a somewhat more potent species, you need to take care with the dosage.

Always increase a dose with care and use kratom safely

General guidelines for dosing kratom

• 2 to 5 grams act as stimulant with most species. If you are inexperienced start off with a lower dose, as you can always increase in between
• 5 grams and a few grams more, act as sedative with most species

Be careful with higher doses and always start off with a low dose if you are inexperienced.

As already stated you can always take more during, if needed. The effects of kratom kick in after about 10 minutes and on average last for 5 – 6 hours. As soon as you start to notice effects, you have reached the dose that works for you.

Only use kratom for your personal special moments, at most a few times a month.
