Recipe: Hemp Pizza Crust!
  • 350g wheat flour 
  • 100g hemp seeds 
  • 40g yeast 
  • 250ml water 
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seed oil 
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt 
Grind the hemp seeds finely. Knead all ingredients together to create a firm dough. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and garnish. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius.
