These are capsules which only hold CBD, as during the extraction process from hemp plants heat was used. Because of this all CBDa (the acid precursor of CBD) has been converted into CBD, as opposed to the so-called raw extracts, that do still contain CBDa. How to dose the capsules?

Each capsule from this product line contains 10 mg CBD, which is a very mild concentration. This makes them very suitable for children and animals, but also for adults wanting to experience CBD for the first time.

If you have little experience with the dosing of CBD, start as low as possible and steadily increase the dosage over a period of about three to four weeks. The moment you begin experiencing effects, is when you have reached the dosage suited to you.

We recommend starting out with 3 capsules a day, divided over three dosing moments. When noticable effects are not forthcoming, you can confidently increase to 3 times 3 capsules a day. If needs be you can also switch to stronger capsules, paste or oil. That is if you are not bothered by the taste of course.
