This is an ice bong, which you immediately recognize by the ice notches in the tube above the water chamber, which are designed to hold pieces of crushed ice in place to cool smoke. It also has a diffusor in the downpipe which produces smaller smoke bubbles, allowing for faster cooling in the water.

A kickhole in the chamber can be used to control the level of smoke every time you inhale. When not in use, the kickhole is sealed with a plug, which is included.
