The Glass Oil Extractor Ehle S by Black Leaf and Ehle is about 20 cm long and a practical, user-friendly extractor with a capacity of 10-15 grams of plant material, ideal for those who grow their own weed, or want to extract essential oils from herbs.

It is delivered with a built-in, ready-to-use and reusable glass fibre filter under the red screwcap!

How to use the Glas Oil Extractor Ehle S

Fill The Glass Oil Extractor Ehle S with approximately 10-15 grams of plant material, until it is filled, but not too compact. Screw the plastic top with the filter back onto the glass extractor and place it downwards.

Place a collector bowl made from heat-resistant glass or non-stick metal about 5 cm or 2 inches under the extractor, preferrably in a warm-water bath to speed up evaporation of all butane residues. Wash the filter in warm water immediately after use, to keep it in optimal shape.

Besides butane gas, this extractor is also suitable for dimethyl ether (DME) as a solvent.

Warning: always use extractors in a well ventilated space, preferrably outside. Butane gas and other solvents are extremely flammable!
